What is the best way to get to the Museum of Jewish Heritage?

We suggest using public transit or ride share to arrive at the conference.

Subway
Option 1: 4/5 to Bowling Green
Walk west along Battery Place.

Option 2: 1 to Rector Street
From Rector Street, walk south down Greenwich Street toward Battery Park; make a right on Battery Place and continue walking west.

Option 3: R or W to Whitehall Street or Rector Street
From Whitehall, walk west along Battery Place. From Rector Street, walk south down Greenwich Street toward Battery Park; make a right on Battery Place and continue walking west.

Parking
Parking is available at GGMC 50 Battery Place

Accessible Entrance
The main entrance is accessible

Is a coat check available?
Yes, a staffed coat check is available for your use after check-in.

Will breakfast and lunch be provided for in-person conference attendees?
Yes, we will offer a complimentary breakfast from 8:00 am - 9:00 am with hot coffee/tea and light breakfast items. Additionally, a complimentary lunch will be offered from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.

How will the conference content be shared?
Please note this event will be filmed in its entirety and photographed. The video and photographs will be used by NYCETC for marketing and publicity including on social media, on the organization’s website, and in other materials.

All attendees will be required to provide government-issued photo ID upon entry. Walk-in registrants will be charged an additional fee and will be required to provide credit card payment on-site.

What are your health and safety protocols?
Please stay mindful of your health and please do not come to the event if you are not feeling well.

Notify events@cityandstateny.com in the event that you need to cancel your registration (refund Is at the discretion of the event organizers)

REFUND REQUESTS

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to events@cityandstateny.com before the event date.

Cancellations received in writing more than 7 days before the event date are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee per canceled ticket. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Cancellations (early bird, standard, special group registrations) received in writing less than 7 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

Substitutions (i.e. ticket transfers) are allowed by individuals within the same organization, before the event or onsite. Badge swapping/sharing is strictly prohibited.

Refunds are not eligible for registrants who do not attend the event (“no show”) and do not provide a written cancellation in advance of the event date.

If an event is canceled or postponed, refunds will offered for the entire purchase

By registering for this event, you consent to receive emails from City & State/NYN Media and sponsors (e.g., daily newsletter), if any; and for us to share your contact information with the event sponsors who may contact you, about their related products and services.
