To the Plaza: 

The Empire State Plaza does not have a physical address that interfaces well with some GPS or web based mapping systems.  

The closest physical address is: We suggest using the following GPS coordinates:

• 100 S Mall Arterial N 42.650674, W 73.7600  
• Albany, NY 12242 

North of Albany: 

Take I-87 South (Northway) to I-90 East (Exit 1E). Take I-90 East to 787 South (Exit 6A). Take 787  South to Exit 3A, for the Empire State Plaza. 

South of Albany: 

Take I-87 North (NYS Thruway) to Exit 23. Follow signs for 787 North toward downtown Albany. Take  Exit 3, for the Empire State Plaza. 

East of Albany: 

Take I-90 West to Exit B1. Continue on I-90 West toward 787 South. Take 787 South to Exit 3A, for the  Empire State Plaza. 

West of Albany: 

Take I-90 East (NYS Thruway) to Exit 24 for Albany. Continue on I-90 East to 787 South (Exit 6A). Take  787 South to Exit 3A, for the Empire State Plaza. 

From downtown Albany: Use Grand Street (via Madison Avenue) or Market Street (via South Pearl  Street). 

To V-Lot Parking: 

The Empire State Plaza V-Lot (Visitors Lot, or “P3”) is the primary parking lot for visitors, located beneath  the Empire State Plaza and accessed through the I-787 “Empire State Plaza” exit. However, please note  that entry to the Visitor’s Parking Lot is located on the Northbound side of the Arterial, only. 

From I-787: The Empire State Plaza Exit ramp leads directly to the underground Visitor’s Parking Lot, on  the right as you drive beneath the Plaza, immediately after ‘P1’ and ‘P2’ parking (also on the right). 

To Cornerstone:

From the V-Lot: 

After entering the V-Lot and passing through the second booth (to pay for entry, or collect your ticket),  take the first right at the end of the aisle. Continue down that aisle to an additional set of gates and turn  left (follow signage), just before those gates. Once parked in that area, look for additional signage for the  Cornerstone, and take elevator #28 directly into the Cornerstone building, on level 2. 

From the Concourse: 

Proceed down the hallway between the Food Court and the State Police. Follow signage above the glass  doors for Cornerstone and the East Parking Garage and turn left before the double gray doors at the end  of the hallway. Elevator #28 will be just ahead, on the right, and will lead directly into the Cornerstone  building, on level 2. 

From Street Level: 

Cornerstone is the one-story building located between the Egg and Corning Tower, overlooking the  eastern edge of downtown Albany and the Hudson River.
