The 32BJ Health Fund is a self-insured Taft-Hartley Act plan that provides health benefits to more than 200,000 32BJ union members and their families with contributions from more than 5,000 employers of all sizes. 

The 32BJ Labor Industry Cooperation Fund is a joint initiative between SEIU 32BJ—a union of 185,000 building service workers—and the Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations, focused on containing rising healthcare costs, including tackling out-of-control hospital prices, for 32BJ members and employers in New York City and surrounding areas.
