We discuss initiatives and programs which help local governments revitalize their communities by encouraging investment, training for the use of new technology in the workplace--and what new technologies are being utilized. Also part of the discussion will be adding properties to the tax roll, and increasing the local tax base. What is the impact of programs and initiatives like this, and what are new and old ideas that can, and are helping New York’s communities?
